I purchased this candle expecting that I wouldn’t like it and would gift it to my sister-in-law. When I opened it I was so impressed with how perfectly coastal it was that I had to light it immediately. I’m not usually a fan of “ocean” themes candles, but this is magic! If you enjoy long walks along coastlines while wearing a cozy sweater, exploring tide-pools, and watching the waves crash and pelicans dive, this is your candle. Cozy and refreshing! As with all LitBrit candles this one burns beautifully too.

I was gifted this over the Summer so that I could give my feedback and honestly, it's such an immersive ,woody and slightly green fragrance that had no problem filling my house with its scent. I love this candle.

This candle is a delight for the senses. The double-wicked candle is hand poured with a proprietary blend of soy wax, infused with the most delightful cinnamon and ginger scent, reminiscent of freshly baked Christmas cookies.
The packaging of this holiday candle is stunning. The copper letter-pressed label is exquisite and adds an old-world feel.

I ordered a bunch of candles as Christmas and December birthday gifts (and a couple just for me). My order arrived just in time to be gifted to friends visiting over Thanksgiving. I could smell how good the scents were before opening the box, but when I lit my first candle.... I knew this would be my go to candle all through December. Very warm and inviting!

I’ve tried so many candle brands, searching high and low for the perfect candle: one with a complex, mature, comforting fragrance; a good quality/intensity of the diffusion of the candle's fragrance into the room when it burns; and a long lasting burn time. Too often, you get a candle home and the burned fragrance just doesn’t live up to what you smelled unlit in the store. I could smell Santa’s Whiskers upstairs and downstairs from just one candle burning (definitely burn for ~3.5 hours so it burns evenly all the way across). I’m so glad my search for the perfect candle is over. LitBrit is it!

There isn’t one detail overlooked with this candle. From the embossed labels, beautiful amber glass, and ready to go gift box it is gorgeous! However, I am most impressed with the way it filled my home with gorgeous luxurious fragrance. Not a hint of soot and the burn is perfect. Don’t hesitate. Buy everyone on your list this candle. And most importantly, make sure to get one for you too!

I'm a big candle guy and truly enjoy the search for the perfect scent for me and the occasion. Blitzen's Breath is a new staple in my collection from now on. I have found myself lighting it almost every day since I got it. Especially in these winter months, I find it to be the perfect balance of warmth and comfort. It's immediately soothing and definitely not overpowering. I'm a big fan of evergreen in candles and I find this one to be particularly well balanced. The whole experience and packaging are also definitely a plus and everything is tastefully put together. That candle makes for a perfect present, to yourself too ;).
