Shipping
We currently only ship within the Continental USA and Canada. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.
Order Processing
Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your order before it ships. Processing time does not include transit time once your order has been shipped. If processing time increases during busy periods, a notification will be posted on our homepage.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our workshop, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package along its journey.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, LitBrit Candle Co. cannot assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. We recommend monitoring your tracking updates closely to ensure safe delivery.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item in your order becomes unavailable, we’ll reach out right away to offer a refund or a substitute option - the choice is yours.

Refunds & Exchanges
We do not currently offer refunds due to the handcrafted, small-batch nature of our candles. However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out so we can offer a solution—whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or another way to make things right.
